[London, UK] MyAir appoints Ink Publishing to relaunch its inflight magazine: now available onboard. Ink’s broad portfolio of European inflight magazines now stretches from Spain to Poland and from Scandinavia to Italy.
MyAir flies to over 30 European destinations and is becoming the carrier of choice for Italians with its key hubs in Bari, Bucharest, Catania, Milan, Rome and Sofia.
“With 3.5 million passengers flying the airline this year, and 85 percent being native Italian, we expect to secure advertising from Italy’s finest brands,” said Simon Leslie, Ink’s Publishing Director.
My Magazine epitomizes Italian style with a high gloss finish showcasing fashion, design, food and drink, beauty, a diary of events, handpicked hotels and a myriad of other beautifully presented features to encourage travel and discovery. The magazine is fresh and exciting, and very metropolitan. Produced four times a year, it is distributed on MyAir’s 11 aircraft and each issue reaches over 850,000 readers.
“We are very excited about Ink Publishing developing our magazine. Ink has proved their understanding of our brand and clearly shares our enthusiasm and vision for the future,” said Andrea Conficconi, MyAir’s General Affaires Manager.
Michael Keating, Group Editorial Director of Ink Publishing, added: "We currently publish magazines in 16 languages so it is great to add Italian as a 17th. Editorially we will capture the essence of Italy, but have an international outlook.”
